In 2001, she was the recipient of the Volunteer Lawyer's Association James G. Lye Award for outstanding paralegal service for her pro bono contributions. In addition to being a family law paralegal, she has over 14 years of personal experience as a single mom with family law issues and the daily emotional roller coaster experienced by those going through such situations. Prior to joining Law Offices of Mark E. Sullivan, P.A., Ms. Ransom was a legal compliance analyst with a local major insurance company. Her combined education and experience background allow her to work closely with clients to make their working relationship with our firm as easy as possible.  Ms. Ransom also strives to provide our clients with information on community resources available to them for assistance in areas that newly separated individuals frequently struggle with such as emotional support and visitation challenges.
